Privacy at LeadFlow AI
Information processed
LeadFlow processes workspace account information and the lead information submitted through a workspace form or API, such as name, contact details, company, requested service, budget, message, attribution data and sales activity.
How information is used
The application uses this information to operate lead intake, qualification, CRM workflows, notifications, follow-up tasks, workspace security, billing status and product operations requested by the workspace owner.
Service providers
LeadFlow may use infrastructure, email delivery, notification and payment providers needed to operate the service. Stripe-hosted billing is designed to handle payment information outside LeadFlow’s own application database.
Retention and security
Workspace data remains on the configured server until it is deleted or retained under the operator’s backup policy. Administrative features use authenticated sessions, role controls, audit logs and rate limiting. No security system can guarantee absolute protection.
Before public launch
This page is an operational draft and should be reviewed with the final business identity, contact information, retention policy and any jurisdiction-specific requirements before LeadFlow is offered publicly.
